E-2 HAND SOAP SANITIZER
E-2 is recommended for use in food processing plants and restaurants by personal prior to handling food and/or food processing equipment. E-2'S formulation effectively reduces bacterial flora of the skin. hands need not be washed prior to using this product. For one step hand washing and sanitizing, place approximately 5 cc in palm of hand, add 15 cc of water, lather and wash in normal manner. After use hands must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water. Repeat whenever re-entering production area. This product must be dispensed from an adequate dispenser located a sufficient distance from the processing line to prevent accidental production contamination.

Hand Sanitizer Solution U.S.D.A. Category E3 (Hand Sanitizing Compounds)
Prepare a 200 ppm active quaternary solution by adding 1 ounce of 10% Bac-Break to 4 gallons of water. Thoroughly wash and rinse the hands prior to sanitizing with the solution. Dip hands into sanitizing solution; remove hands from solution and allow to remain wet for at least 60 seconds. A potable water rinse is not necessary after the hands have been sanitized.
