Fog Kill Oil Base Insecticide
Description : This insecticide fog is a heavy oil based formula designed for use in thermal foggers that can deliver spray particle sizes within the aerosol size range. This fogging insecticide is a synthetic pyrethroid formula and is ideal for outdoor applications as well as indoors. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: It is a violation of Federal law to use product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
This insect spray is to be used undiluted in only such portable thermal applicator equipment that can deliver spray particle sizes within the aerosol size range. Close off ventilating systems, air ducts, air conditioners and windows. Close off area to be treated. Extinguish all flames and pilot lights.
Food Processing Plants: Use only when plant is not in operation. Foodstuff should be removed or covered
during treatment. Food processing surfaces and equipment must be covered during treatment, or cleaned with a detergent and rinsed with potable water before use. Before using this pesticide compound, exposed food products and packaging materials must be removed from the room or protected. After using this compound, equipment and utensils must be washed with an effective cleaning compound and thoroughly rinsed with potable water before operations are resumed. Before food product may be placed in the area where the material is being used, the area should be sufficiently free of odor to prevent product contamination.
THERMAL APPLICATIONS INDOORS: For control of flies, mosquitoes and gnats in warehouses, restaurants and industrial institutions: Remove or cover exposed food and food handling surfaces. Remove animals, plant life, aquariums or cover the aquariums. Shut off ventilating systems, air ducts, air conditioning and close off room or area to be treated. Extinguish all flames and pilot lights. Apply as a dry fog at the rate of 1 1/3 fluid ounces per 1,000 cubic
feet of space. Direct nozzle of thermal applicator toward the upper corners of the room and along the ceiling. Close off room for at least 1/2 hour. Do not remain in treated areas. Ventilate the area after treatment is completed.
THERMAL APPLICATIONS OUTDOORS: For reduction in annoyance from flies, mosquitoes and gnats in backyards, patios, around swimming pools, and horse stables. Hold thermal applicator at least five feet from any object, especially plants and shrubbery. Avoid wetting of foliage. Apply at the rate of 3 3/4 gallons of .20% product per acre which is the equivalent of 1 1/3 oz. per 1000 cu. ft.
RE-ENTRY STATEMENT: Keep treated area closed off for at least 1/2 hour. Do not remain in treated area. Ventilate thoroughly before re-entry.

Spill Or Leakage Procedures : Contain spill. Keep out of surface waters & any sewers or water courses entering or leading to surface waters. Soak up with inert absorbent & place in properly labeled leak-proof containers for disposal.
CAUTION: Harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through skin. Avoid breathing vapors or spray mist. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid direct exposure to fog. Wash contaminated clothing prior to reuse. Do not contaminate food or feed. In food processing

Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to inter tidal areas below the mean high water mark. Drift and runoff from treated sites may be hazardous to fish in adjacent waters. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash waters.
This formula is combustible. Keep container sealed. Do not use, pour, spill or store near heat or open flame. IF SWALLOWED: Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Gastric lavage is indicated if material is taken internally. Do not induce vomiting as this may
cause aspiration pneumonia. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if required. FOR SKIN: Remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas with soap and water. FOR EYES: Flush eyes with plenty of water. Get medical attention if
irritation persists. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
