May cause irritation of eyes, nose, throat and skin. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.  Immediately drink egg whites, milk, or gelatin solution.  Call physician immediately.  Avoid breathing vapor or mist when spraying this product.  Avoid contact with skin, wash with soap and water.  In case of contact with eyes, Immediately flush with large amounts of water, and get medical attention.  Remove and wash contaminated clothing with good laundry detergent before reuse.

Apply the product only as specified on this label.  Do not apply when weather conditions favor drift from areas treated.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

This product is toxic to fish and wildlife.  Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of waste.  Do not apply on or near desirable trees, shrubs, grasses, or other plants, or on areas where roots of desirable vegetation may extend.  Do not contaminate irrigation or domestic water supplies.  Thoroughly clean application  equipment with  good detergent/ degreaser after each use.

Vapors from this product may injure susceptible plants in the immediate vicinity.   Coarse sprays are less likely to drift.   Avoid spray drift to susceptible plants, as this product may injure cotton, beans, peas, grapes, ornamentals, etc.

Do not use or store near heat or open flame. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

This product is a specially formulated non-selective vegetation killer for controlling a wide range of annual and perennial weeds and grasses.  Apply undiluted as a spray on non-cropland areas where bare ground is desired.  Control will very with the amount of chemical applied, soil type, rainfall and other conditions.  This product is non-corrosive to metal surfaces.  Especially compounded for industrial and municipal weed control.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

GENERAL WEED CONTROL: To control most weeds on non-cropland areas such ad parking lots, fence rows, railroad sidings and storage yards, spray at the rate of 1 to 2  gallons for each 1,000 square feet.

This product may be applied at any time of the year, EXCEPT when ground is frozen.  Best results are obtained after vegetation has emerged, In late spring or early summer.  Use power sprayers, compressed air hand sprayers, or an ordinary sprinkling can.  No dilution or agitation is required

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.

STORAGE:  Do not expose to extreme temperatures.  Do not stack more than five drums high.  Drums should be opened in well ventilated areas.  Leaking or damaged drums should be placed in over pack drums for disposal.  Spills should be absorbed in sawdust or sand and disposed of in a sanitary landfill.  Keep container closed when not in use.  Do not store near fertilizers, seeds insecticides or fungicides.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL:  Pesticide wastes are toxic.  Improper disposal of excess pesticide spray mixture, or rinsate is a violation of Federal Law.  If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at your EPA Regional Office for guidance.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL:  Triple rinse ( or equivalent).  Then offer for recycling or reconditioning, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities.
