BWT-20S - Oxygen Scavenger

BWT-20S is a catalyzed oxygen scavenger for use in boiler
systems where an oxygen scavenger is required. It is
formulated to control dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide,
and other dissolved gases that may contribute to pitting corrosion. Typical
dosage is 2 ounces per 1000 gallons of system water. The dosage then may
be adjusted to maintain the proper residual during operation. BWT-20S may
also be added to closed loops by means of a chemical by-pass feeder. Available
in 5/6-gallon pails, 30 or 55 gallon drums.
BWT-OSC33 - Complete Boiler Treatment

On-Line - On-Line Industrial Descaler

On-Line is a combination of dispersing agents and scale
inhibitors. It is formulated to remove old deposits and to prevent the
formation of new non-microbiological deposits. It is recommended for use
in boilers, cooling water systems, air washers, petroleum secondary recovery
systems, and other industrial water systems. Feed at the rate of 16 ounces
per 1000 gallons of system water. Treat makeup water added to the system
at the same rate. Available in 5/6-gallon pails, 30 or 55 gallon drums.
SLT-M - Steam-Line Treatment

SLT - M is a blend of neutralizing amines formulated
to neutralize steam and condensate. In steam boiler systems, this product
will control the pH in steam and condensate lines and protect against corrosion
caused by carbonic acid. This product is compatible and miscible with other
boiler treatment chemicals. It may be fed to a boiler system individually
or in combination with other treatment chemicals. Properly used, this product
will control the pH of condensate to >8.0. This product is safe to use
in meat and food-processing plants when used as directed. The control limit
in steam should not exceed 10 PPM. Available in 5/6-gallon pails, 30 or

SS-1000 - Process and Potable Water Conditioner

for the control of scaling in both potable and process water systems. When
used as directed, SS-1000 will control scaling, corrosion and “red water”
at 2-10 PPM phosphate residual. SS-1000 water conditioner meets the requirement
of the FDA when used at levels not exceeding 10 PPM as PO4. These levels
also apply to potable waters monitored by the EPA office of Drinking Water
Standards and the USDA inspection programs for use in federally inspected

AB-1000 is a supplemental alkalinity builder for use
in systems to increase the hydroxide alkalinity. The amount of this product
will depend on the conditions in the system being treated and the alkalinity
desired. Your Lyn Distributing representative will determine and recommend
the correct dosage for your system. Add to the condensate receiver of a
steam boiler or inject directly into the water reservoir of a hot water
boiler, or add to hot water loop by means of a chemical by-pass feeder.

C.T.A.-10 - Cooling Tower Algaecide

C.T.A.-10 is a concentrated algaecide for industrial
recirculating water cooling towers. Helps keep water cooling tower systems
clear and free of visible slimes. When C.T.A.-10 is used as directed it
will aid in controlling and/or preventing the development of unsanitary
slime conditions, which are unsightly, produce foul odors and which are
often the causes of equipment breakdown. C.T.A.-10 is compatible with virtually
all corrosion inhibition additives, but should not be used in the presence
of soap or other anionic detergents. C.T.A.-10 is non-corrosive to inanimate

Industrial Defoamer

Industrial Defoamer was developed to aid the elimination
of foaming problems in cooling towers and boilers.
Environmentally safe water-based formula contains concentrated
silicone anti-foam and defoamng agents - contains no solvents. Proven effective
for controlling foams caused by soaps, detergents, chemicals, etc. Typical
dosage is 1 ounce to 750 gallons of water. Non-toxic and non-irritating,
will not leave oily residue. Remains active in the water to prevent reformation

ACC-100 - Alkaline Coil Cleaner

ACC-100 is an alkaline coil cleaner that
is free rinsing. Removes grease, oil, dirt, sludge, etc. Natural
condensation forming on the coils will rinse it off. Not harmful to most metals. Will not harm
most painted surfaces. Very high solids content. May be diluted up to 1:60 with
water.
